10 Keypad Controlled Marine GPS/Sonar The 1042XSV GPS/Fishfinder from Garmin has a stunning 10 inch display coupled with an easy to use keypad interface with user programmable keys and multi-function control knob. With a built-in 10 HZ GPS and GLONASS internal antenna, the unit refreshes position up to 10 times per second making the movement on the screen flawless. The 1042XSV has built in Chirp sonar, Chirp ClearVu and Chirp SIdeVu scanning sonar as well as Panoptix capability. The GPSMAP 1042XSV comes preloaded with LakeVu and BlueChart G3 HD charting offering coverage of the US coast and detail of lakes, rivers, and reservoirs. If you would like more detail you can upgrade to G3 vison or LakeVu HD Ultra offering 1 foot contours and greater detailed charting. The unit also comes with Quickdraw allowing you to make your own custom maps, as you fish your transducer (sold separately) picks up the information it shows up on your display and instantly creates custom HD Fishing Maps which you can share within the QuickDraw Community or save for yourself! You can also save up to 5000 accurate waypoints and 100 routes to the GPSMAP 1042XSV. Detailed Garmin Bluechart g3 coastal charting and LakeVu g3 inland maps provide exceptional coverage throughout the U.S. Now with Navionics data and auto-guidance, these detailed maps include features such as elevation shading of bottom structure, shallow water shading, 1' contours on the coast as well as Raster Cartography. Garmin offers several Premium chart options for this Garmin display including Garmin Navionics Vision+ charts. Garmin Navionics Vision+ charts include both coastal and inland coverage within the region of your choice. Data is sourced from Garmin and Navionics in order to provide you with exceptional detail. These charts include 1-year of daily updates, ensuring your chart data is always current! Premium features include High Resolution Relief Shading, High Resolution Satellite Imagery, Sonar Imagery, Aerial Photography, SideScan Images and More!
