This bright 10 dual-oriented color display offers beautifully detailed preloaded mapping covering United States, Mexico, Canada, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands and Bahamas so no matter where your adventures take you, you will be ready to navigate. Built-in WiFi takes away the headache of trying to locate a computer every time you require an update. Simply connect wirelessly to an available WiFi connection, start your download for mapping or software, and you re ready to go once the update has completed. On-screen cues provide each user with a notification to show when new updates become available so you are never left behind. Customized RV routing for fifth wheels, fifth wheels with trailers, or bumper pulls make navigation a breeze. The RV 1090 will take into account the size and weight of your RV and then builds a recommended route based on what you are driving or pulling and then allows you to save multiple vehicle profiles. Pair your 1090 with the Garmin Drive app to share routes and GPX files with other fellow RV users or to save to revisit at a later date. Also, while you are paired with the Garmin Drive app, you will receive live traffic updates to notify you of upcoming delays and available detours as well as detailed weather forecasts, current conditions, animated radar, and more. Pre-loaded road warnings notify you as you travel of upcoming sharp curves or winding roads so you know how to prepare for what s ahead. Receive updates of real-time fuel prices and available fueling stations along your route, select the station you wish to fuel up at, and the 1090 has you on your way!
