On the normal setting, up to 24 racks can be cleaned per hour. Each rack uses 0.62 gallons of water for the entire wash and rinse cycle. Two dishracks come with this washer: a peg and a combo type. 10-inch-by-20-inch pans, 20-inch-by-20-inch pans, and 16-inch-by-18-inch cafeteria trays will fit in this dishwasher.With its Smart Display, the Hobart LXER-2 undercounter dishwasher informs the operator of important errors and maintenance requirements. A built-in booster heater uses Sense-A-Temp™ to increase the temperature of incoming water from 55 degrees Fahrenheit all the way to a minimum of 180 degrees Fahrenheit. A special feature known as Energy Recovery takes heat energy from the condensation that is produced in the chamber at the end of each cycle and uses it to pre-heat the water for the next rinse cycle. Part of Energy Recovery, Steam Elimination reduces the amount of steam that is released when the door is opened. Product Details. Cleans dishes using high-temperature water. Able to clean 24 racks per hour on its normal setting. 0.62 gal. of water used per rack. 2.9-gal. tank capacity. Accommodates 10-in. x 20-in. pans, 20-in. x 20-in. pans, and 16-in. x 18-in. cafeteria trays. 2 dishracks come with this unit: 1 peg and 1 combo type. NSF certified for pot and pan cycle on the heavy cycle. 17-in. door opening allows for bigger wares to be cleaned. Front opening design is built for undercounter or freestanding use. Upper and lower wash arms are revolving, anti-clogging, and easily snap into place. Stainless steel scrap screen is removable for cleaning. Corrosion-resistant pump is mounted horizontally and is a centrifugal type. Automatic pumped drain uses a built-in pump to drain water. Stainless steel tank is deep drawn for strength. Tube and fin coil made of copper and aluminum is used by the condensing system. Electric tank heat. Motor is built with an overload protection with an auto reset.
