Starting with a one-piece aluminum super low profile frame and strong, lightweight sideplates, the Lews Custom SLP Casting Reel houses a P2 Super Pinion bearing support gear system, which provides precise gear alignment, resulting in smoother operation and extended gear life. It also features a premium 10-bearing system and a Multi-Setting Brake(MSB) dual cast control system that utilizes two brake systems to ensure super long casting distance. To crank monster fish to the boat with authority, the Lews Custom SLP Casting Reel features a rugged carbon fiber drag system that provides 20lbs of fish stopping drag force and a bowed aluminum handle with EVA pro knobs for unmatched cranking power. It also features a drilled and forged, anodized aluminum U-style 32mm spool to provides increased rigidity and a zirconia line guide to decrease line friction for longer casts.
