Two heavy duty gliding racks with brakes can sit on five rack positions to better accommodate different sized dishes. We include a two-piece broiler tray with lid for added convenience, as well as a meat probe that can be plugged into the oven and programmed and monitored through the oven's own control panel. The SEW24SS offers a range of heating functions to cover virtually all of your cooking needs. The digital control panel is easy to program, with specialty settings for baking, broiling, convection baking, and convection roasting. The proofing setting is perfect for using lower heat to activate yeast when making bread. Touch controls let you set the time and heat levels as you need. An audible timer sounds to alert when your program is finished. Safety features include an automatic shutdown (12 hours for bake function, 3 for broil), which can be disabled if needed. Additional programming options allow you to set a child lock or control lockout. There is also a Sabbath mode that can be used with the baking and roasting functions.
