Griddle, natural gas (convertible to LP - conversion kit included), countertop, thermostatic control, 36, 3/4 griddle plate, 3-1/4 front grease trough, front-access pilots, stainless steel exterior, 3/4 rear gas connection, 90,000 BTU total ( MoTak - MGR36-T ) - For precise temperature adjustment, the MoTak MGR36-T natural gas griddle is built with large knobs so staff can modify its temperature from 200 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. As these levels are changed, the three high-performance stainless steel U-shaped burners spaced 6 inches apart evenly distribute heat across the 3/4-inch-thick polished steel plate. This plate withstands repeated temperature changes without warping to prolong its service life, and the burners' unique quick-on design automatically adjusts heat when the probes sense temperatures drop. To accommodate a range of ingredients, the cooking surface measures 2017/25 inches wide by 3539/50 inches deep and is built with a 4-inch-tall backsplash and side splashes to contain messes and protect adjacent surfaces.The MoTak MGR36-T commercial griddle's 31/2-inch-wide front grease trough collects grease and debris and directs it to the removable grease pan to facilitate cleaning after use. This 3521/25-inch-wide by 296/25-inch-deep by 154/25-inch-tall piece of equipment is sized for countertop use and positioned on nonskid feet that can be adjusted on irregular surfaces.
