It features a 3/4-inch-thick polished steel griddle plate designed to cook eggs and pancakes, sausage and hashbrowns, or hamburgers and quesadillas evenly. Its 4-inch-high side splash guard prevents fats from splashing onto adjacent surfaces, and its 6-inch-long adjustable legs offer stability on uneven floors. This unit comes with an extra deep, stainless steel crumb tray to confine messes while cooking and ease cleaning.So the model can be leveled on uneven flooring, the Vulcan VGM36B griddle range sits on adjustable 6-inch stainless steel legs. It has a cabinet base for simple-to-reach access to utensils, spices, or cookware confined within its stainless steel cabinet base doors, and it has universal guide racks and a removable shelf to accommodate items of different sizes.
