The JURA Z10 automatic coffee maker is a masterpiece of engineering and raises the bar for premium home brewing. From the Product Recognizing Grinder (that adjusts the consistency of the grind according to your beverage choice) to the Cold Extraction Process (that pulses cold water at high pressure through the coffee for the ultimate cold brew), this innovative machine features state-of-the-art technology. It also boasts sleek, sculptural lines, including a convex-concave front panel and an elegant wave design on the water tank. 32 drink specialties, including 8 cold brew specialties, all at the touch of a button. Product Recognizing Grinder (PRG) - electronically controlled, high-performance grinder adjusts in a fraction of a second, from very fine for short classics to very coarse for long specialty coffees. Cold Extraction Process brews a true cold brew by using cold water which bypasses the heating element and is pushed through coarse coffee grounds at high pressure. 3-D brewing technology is part of an 8th generation JURA brewing unit that allows water to flow through coffee at multiple levels to achieve maximum aroma. High-resolution 4 1/4" color touchscreen provides intuitive navigation. Smart Connect enabled via J.O.E.(R) app. Espresso machine is shown with the Stainless Steel Milk Pipe and Cool Control accessories that are sold separately.
