Fill the 31-pound wood pellet hopper (it has a purge system, too, for easy changing) and fire up - the grills fan-forced convection oven area can reach temps up to 500 Fahrenheit. From there, cooking is easy - a full-function LED control includes auto start and shutdown functions, and an integrated meat probe tells you when steaks and chicken are done. Plus, an innovative slide-plate flame broiler allows for direct or indirect grilling.Additional features include a removable stainless steel slide shelf and four attached rolling casters for easy grill mobility
