Uses Rivastigmine Transdermal Patch belong to the class of medication known as acetylcholinesterase inhibitors. This medication is used to treat dementia related to Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease. This medication works by restoring the balance of neurotransmitters in the brain. Cautions Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to rivastigmine or any other ingredients found in Rivastigmine Transdermal Patch, or if you have any other allergies. Provide your doctor your complete medical history before using this medication. . How to use Rivastigmine Transdermal Patch is for use only on skin. Do not apply the patch on broken or injured skin. Do not apply more than one rivastigmine patch at a time. Always remove the old patch before applying a new patch. Use this medication as directed by your physician and follow the instructions on the manufacturer's packaging. If you have any questions, ask your doctor or pharmacist. Possible side effects Headache, dizziness, anxiety, tiredness, trouble sleeping, stomach pain are some of the possible side effects.
