The heavier they are, the deeper they will sink into the bed.Why the Luna Collection is the one for youJust like our other collections, this Luna series is also double sided, both sides are meant to be firm, the top side has a firmness of 6-7, while the bottom sides firmness is 7-8. Our top layer consists of a Tight Top, which creates an even firmer mattress, perfect for the hot sleeper that likes to stay fresh throughout the night. Since this mattress has less foam, it becomes cooler due to the fact that the layers arent designed to trap heat.Utilizing a hybrid design of cushioning foam and pocketed springs, the Luna mattress offers a heavenly bed to rest your head whether you prefer to sleep on your side, back, or stomach. 2.3mm reinforced springs offer edge to edge support while an array of 2mm thick springs at the core of the mattress offer your aching joints the independent suspension needed for a proper nights recovery. You work hard, you play hard, and you deserve to sleep hard. These springs not only support your body, they offer support regardless of what the other springs in the array are doing. With limited motion transfer, your rest will not be interrupted regardless of whatever may possess your sleeping partner. Lunas array of springs are sandwiched between layers of convoluted foam that are of different thicknesses for each side of the mattress. Simply flip the Luna mattress over for a firmer or softer nights rest. On a scale of 1-10, one being very soft and 10 being very firm, the top side of the Luna mattress offers a level of firmness rated to be between 6 and 7, while the firmer bottom is rated between 7 and 8.
