Inside the cabinet is 67 cubic feet of interior space, which holds three plastic-coated wire shelves per section that are supported with universal tray slides. The reach in freezer's interior is made of stainless steel and features rounded corners that ease cleaning. It features foamed-in place high-density polyurethane to effectively maintain food-safe temperatures. The exterior is constructed of high-strength 400-series stainless steel, and the body features a total of three heavy-duty doors that remain open past 95 degrees and self-close when left ajar-reducing the escape of the cold temperatures. To prevent the doors freezing shut the unit's heated door frame defrosts periodically.This Infrico IRR-AN67BT reach-in freezer features a self-contained refrigeration system. This system operates through the assistance of a forced-air design, which distributes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant throughout the entirety of the interior cavity. It's supplied with an expansion valve to assist liquid-to-vapor transformation, helping the unit accurately keep temperatures at 0 degrees Fahrenheit. Product Details.
