The freezer's interior is made of anodized aluminum and its exterior is constructed of heavy-gauge stainless steel for a long and durable service life. The two solid doors have extruded handles and can be locked to protect the contents from theft.The refrigeration system in the Traulsen ALT232WUT-FHS reach-in freezer works to hold the interior temperatures between 0 and -5 degrees Fahrenheit for food and customer safety. The refrigeration system is self-contained and top-mounted for clean operation and reduced maintenance.
