Its 42.61-cubic-foot interior space is fitted with five wire shelves per side. The interior is made of white-painted steel and features a stainless steel floor, both of which enable products to stand out. The exterior is built of aluminum featuring a silver finish, and in between the metal paneling is foamed-in-place polyurethane that optimizes insulation.Located at the bottom of the Hoshizaki RM-49-HC merchandising unit is the self-contained refrigeration system, which pumps R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant through the cabinet. To prevent condensation, a hot gas line loops around the front of the cabinet.
