Endurance Restaurant Range, natural gas, 60, (6) 30,000 BTU burners with lift-off burner heads, (1) 24 manual griddle/broiler, 3/4 thick, 4 wide front grease trough, (2) standard oven bases, stainless steel front, sides, backriser & high shelf, fully MIG welded frame, 6 adjustable legs, 268,000 BTU, CSA Flame, CSA Star, NSF ( Vulcan - 60SS-6B24GB ) - The Vulcan 60SS-6B24GB Endurance natural gas range combines the capabilities of a standard oven, griddle broiler, and range into one unit. On the top left, the range has six burners under cast iron grates that hold pots and pans. Aeration bowls sit under the grates, focusing heat on the food. To the right of the grates, a griddle broiler has a griddle on top of a broiler for various uses. A grease trough in the front accumulates excess grease for easy disposal.The Vulcan 60SS-6B24GB Endurance natural gas range has two standard oven compartments. Each one has two racks that adjust to four different positions and accept pans front to back or side to side. Both ovens have a temperature range of 250 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. To protect users from burns, the knobs and handles stay cool to the touch. The unit is built of durable stainless steel and has a MIG-welded frame for structure. Product Details. Made of stainless steel for strength and durability. Frame is MIG-welded for extra stability. 6-in. adjustable legs are ideal for on uneven floors.
