The Woodward Fab WFTR4 flat bar rolling machine is a 3 die rolling machine that creates architectural rolls in steel and aluminum in flat bar and square tubing. The lower dies are adjustable. Simply loosen the collars of the dies, open them to the required width of flat stock or square tubing then move the material through the lower rollers by turning the crank hand lever clockwise and counterclockwise while applying pressure down on the center roller with the turn screw. The center die set is driven so as you crank the handle it moves the material back and forth. The more pressure applied on the center roller, the tighter the circle created. Roll up to 1/4" thickness 1-3/4" width flat bar solids of mild steel Roll up to 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" square tube up to .065 wall thickness Adjustable lower dies, no need for additional die sets
