Designed to start automatically when the power goes out and return to standby when the power is restored, this reliable generator stands by to deliver up to 12,500 watts of power whenever needed. Designed to run off your home's propane or natural gas system, this unit never needs refueling. Designed to operate in sub-zero temperatures or extreme heat, this unit features a 24V starting system (continually recharged with an onboard battery charger) built to operate in temperatures ranging from -22 F to 104 F with no warming kit necessary. Powered by a Champion 717cc OHV engine, this backup power supply provides 12.5kW of continuous power on propane and 11kW on natural gas. The included ATS100 automatic transfer switch operates a 100A, 16-circuit load (12 space sub panel allows up to 4 tandem breakers) that's ideal for powering emergency essentials during a power outage. Unit comes with an all-weather, composite mounting pad for easy installation, and a NEMA 3R-rated steel enclosure to protect the generator from the elements. The sound-dampening lining and low-tone muffler reduce noise to a residential-friendly 63 dBAabout the same noise level as normal conversation. UL and cUL listed in the US and Canada.
