A Creepy Conjunction Nothing under sky or stars in all of history has ever been quite as terrifying as the first time you sat down to watch The Dark Crystal and heard the Skeksis Chamberlain humming in his curious and sinister way. Watching their tattered robes sweep across the decrepit floors of a castle forgotten by time was certain to make you feel spooked whenever you were turning a corner. Let's not even get into when they start glugging down life force like it was a perfectly mixed punch at a Halloween party. However, no matter how scary the Skeksis might have been, fate continues ever forward. Another Conjunction is upon us and we cannot resist what will come. Fortunately, this time, the power is in your hands and when you become one of the Skeksis, it is up to you what kind of monster you'll be when skulking around the place! Design & Details Answer the call of fate and seek eternal fun with this Dark Crystal Skeksis costume. This is a Made By Us design that brings to life the Jim Henson classic thanks to this complete ensemble. You'll start with a full-length off-white robe, a tattered gray cheesecloth cloak, a Skeksis mask, and a pair of Skeksis hand gloves. Lacy cuffs and billowing fabric could have had you looking quite noble... until you slip your arms into the straps of the back piece. Two-tone spikes come out of the Skeksis shell. The attached gray cheesecloth can be worn over your shoulders to create the look of an aged cloak. For the final transformation, wear the Skeksis mask and oversized gloves and you've created a true Conjunction! (Note the limited visibility from the mask.) Skek-Score! When the planets align and you transform into the classic Dark Crystal creature with our Skeksis costume, the only thing you'll have to figure out is your name. There's nothing wrong with skekKevin but we imagine you will come up with something even more sinister!
