Raised toe bar is designed to encourage the natural gripping motion of your feet. Birkenstock's contoured footbed offers firm stable support, a neutral stance with room for toes to stretch and spread, and a natural walking motion that encourages optimal toe movement and blood flow. This is the foundation of active recovery. The soft footbed features a foam layer inserted between the cork layer and suede liner. Microscopic air bubbles cushion your feet while providing moderate arch support. Anatomically correct footbed is crafted from 100% renewable and sustainable cork. Neutral heel profile and deep heel cup keeps your heel secure while distributing your body weight more evenly. EVA outsole offers lightweight, shock absorbing support. Heat Warning: Cork and EVA can be damaged by exposure to concentrated heat. Do not leave in direct sunlight or in hot cars. If footwear becomes wet, allow to air dry. Do not apply direct heat.
