The Elijah Blue Fescue is a clump-forming grassy plant that quickly develops into a dense, spiky clump of striking blue-green leaves. Grow it in any sunny spot, as an accent, in a group among conifers, dwarf shrubs, or flowers, or make a no-mow lawn replacement for an awkward corner of the garden. It looks great among rocks and boulders, in Zen or Asian style gardens, in a natural garden, and even in planters and pots, mixed with flowering plants.
